We also collect the documents you upload to complete a rental, such as your insurance card and driver's license, along with your rental preferences and any notes you provide. Payment information is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

If you opt in, FrostBox Rentals may send you text messages about your own rental, including booking confirmations, pickup and return reminders, and payment or balance updates. Message frequency varies, up to approximately 4 messages per rental. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not send further text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at the phone number or email address below.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business, and only as needed for them to perform their services. These include our text message delivery provider, our payment processor, and the calendar and email tools we use to manage bookings and communicate with you.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FrostBox Rentals, our customers, or others. We do not sell your personal information.
